New Burleson Works Initiative

Alex is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Burleson. The Office of Economic Development with the City of Burleson is a department that supports local Burleson's business locations or expansion projects with central points of contact. It is their mission to create and foster opportunities for the expansion and diversification of the local economy. The department provides customized incentive packages, maps and demographics of the City of Burleson, and site selection support for business seeking to prosper in Burleson's economy. 

Some key projects the department is currently working on are High Point Business Park, Hotel /Conference Center, Redevelopment of Old Town Burleson, and Transit-Oriented Development District.

His presentation will discuss current projects the city is developing such as the Wagner-Smith Equipment manufacturing company that will be doubling the size of High Point Business Park's current operations, and Stuart Industries organization.
