Burleson ISD Innovations

Leslie is the current Chief Academic Innovation Officer for Burleson ISD School District. She has been there since 2014. She is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of innovative education, curriculum, projects and programs for the District. She manages the Innovation Team consisting of executive directors, and instructional coaches. Finally, she has served as an instructional leader for the District, providing strategic support for the curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school choice improvement initiatives, and identifies grant and scholarship funding to support the same.

She collaborates with the campus staff and administration on multiple matters and BAM is so proud to call her an active and integral part of our club. She will be sharing with the club what BISD is up to and what great things they are using to educate the  youth of our community.
